end (start) (from the album Pause Record Not For Sensitive Ears)

by Infinito 2017

In a time where unoriginality has taken the forefront of modern music and parody is in full demand, Infinito 2017 has taken it upon himself to create from his own mind and heart. The South side Chicago native who has traveled and toured the globe has put together a carefully thought-out collection of songs. Bringing you "Pause Record Not for Sensitive Ears," a very informative album written while on tour abroad in the summer of 2011, the album has 17 tracks of pure thought and solid production laid down by Oddisee, Thaione Davis, Mr. Skurge, Fatnice, King Boom and more. Taking from the ongoing crime that blights the African American community worldwide, the educator / fine artist side of Marcellous Lovelace commonly known as Infinito 2017 uses speeches from Malcolm X, Marcus Garvey and Harlem Renaissance orator Zora Neal Hurston to capture a time capsule of the long playing episode which is the African experience from his view. Also sampling from thought provoking catalogues of Fela Kuti, Sun Ra and Octavia Butler, Marcellous carefully has crafted a multifaceted performance of sound recording that takes you on a journey of Clear Communication, Reason, Jazz Music, Male expansion and good ole fun Hip Hop. Pause Record has guest vocals from Lyrikill and Respect the God of Perverted Monks fame. This album is sure to provide a positive vibe and sure-shot classic boom bap stylistics for your listening pleasure. Peace

End (start)!!

Dismantle competition why you itching for a scratch
Rap acts collapse can’t hold up against the ax
Smack foes with weak flows and no shows
Torture the microphone and burn up bridges
Leave no remains traces for them to see
Which way to go now we break down enough styles
So hear me now clowns is weaponless no vocabulary
Literally your language is incarcerated
Which way out they caught in the maze
Every year I exist I exist you barley known where you live
Nobody likes you I got whole blocks ready to annihilate you
Say something and that will be your last
Temperamental instrumental men is gentle
How you walk down the street weak this week
Don’t speak we dismiss geeks gassed up on propane
Cowards is inconsistent can’t begin to think brilliant
I teach people how to like they self born in a world of self hate
Man up you’ve been manipulated by Wendy Williams
Every Wednesday you get made up man Barbie dolls
Dude is tissue tear through soft synthetic needs correction
Collecting hair products and mascara I dare ya
Challenge no match against tell your boring story
We heard it a while back point taken dudes faking
Mistaken misleading boys bleeding collecting periods
Concepts your contracts is mandated update it
Retake it test them mess it up leave no reason
Rescue your people they need help to live
Now or never it’s soon to happen
We rebuild and repair the whole lot
Spot rocker now that’s a performance
Simply enormous life size lifestyle
Encase sound loud enough to tear holes threw
Few can match this man got tactics
Don’t need a simple one liner reminder
For all to follow be hinders audio deck re-winder
Stationary troop not going no where yall stuck
In dead ends not making it better
How can you hate when you a blunder small wonder
Little children to passive played out get you a style
Stop sounding just a like one day its all over
You all gone found a new place to feel right
Good night
